The river excursion from Kuching Waterfront to the Sungai Sarawak (or Sarawak River) Barrage and Shiplock will be organized on the third day of the conference. During the excursion, participants can view the activities along the river.

After about 45 minutes cruising down river, the participants will stop-over the Sungai Sarawak Barrage and Shiplock Operation Office for a briefing on the operation and management of the Sungai Sarawak Barrage Regulation Scheme.
